The project consisted of a strict deadline for existing chow hall to be refinished prior to award selection for "best chow hall". The project included all new front of the house and back of house selected areas for new tiling installation consisting of porcelain tile materials. All existing finishes were removed and the substrates were heavily prepared and new backboard and tiles installed with all tiling grouted utilizing stain resistant polyurethane grout. All food and drink bar areas included all new convenience power electrical upgrades due to unsafe and wet environmental conditions.
