The project consists of a new 10,500 sq ft design-build fast track concrete tilt-up construction to house field station administration and visitor exhibitory. The project site is located in a 200 acre site that required new underground utilities, roadways, parking lots, landscaping, and photo voltaic systems to produce a net zero campus. The project is stated to achieve at least a LEED Silver Certification. Project was design-built and achieved a LEED Platinum Certification.
