Project consisted of installation of a new CRAC unit (computer room air conditioning) to an existing high security IT vault. The scope included drainage of building existing chilled water and return central plant system piping, termination and installation of new valve assemblies to the chilled water piping, extending the service to the secured vault room where the CRAC unit is to serve the room to cool secured IT equipment, and installation of a new CRAC unit which is a variable on system with 3,500 CFM of cooling.
