The project consisted of a design-build and engineering of new heat exchanger addition to an existing central plant. The scope included removing the existing heat exchanger and reconfiguring it with an all new heat exchanger including all new control valves to control each exchangers operation to be limited to 500 hours each. The system included all new controls and manual and automatic valve assemblies. The building plant also received all new seismic upgrades to piping supports.
